Variegated Lime Rush

Acorus gramineus var. variegatus, commonly known as Variegated Lime Rush, is a visually striking marginal plant prized for its slender, grass-like leaves adorned with vibrant lime green and creamy white variegation. This hardy species thrives in the moist substrate of paludariums, ripariums, and aquarium edges where it can be partially submerged. Its upright, arching foliage adds elegant vertical texture and bright coloration, making it an excellent choice for background or side planting in aquatic and semi-aquatic setups. Variegated Lime Rush prefers cooler, well-oxygenated water and moderate lighting to maintain its vivid variegation and healthy growth. Its adaptability and low maintenance requirements make it a popular selection for both beginner and experienced aquarists.
